At Readytocycling, we aim to provide the best quality products and customer service to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Before Returns:

If your product is lost, damaged during transit, or doesn't match your order, please contact us immediately. We will resend the correct product or issue a refund as per your request.

Return Conditions, Deadline, and Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within 30 days of receiving your product. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. The product must be free from any damage or signs of usage unless the product was defective when it arrived. You must return all original product packaging, including boxes, bags, and original labels, and any other items used for packaging.

Refunds Processing Time:

The exact refund amount will depend on the condition of the returned product. If the product is unused and unopened, we will issue a full refund. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund within two business days. We use PayPal as our payment system, and in most cases, the refund will be instant, and you should receive it within one working day.

Start the Return & Exchange Process:

Please send an email to support@Readytocycling.com with the subject line "Return + your order number." Please mention the reason for the return in the email. Our customer service team will reply to you within 24 hours and verify the return request.

Once we receive your confirmation, we will send you the return instructions. Please pack all returned items carefully. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will inspect the product's condition. After completing all the necessary steps, we will begin the refund or exchange process. You will receive the refund or the exchanged product within one working day.

Note:

For returns or exchanges due to reasons other than product quality (such as change of mind or no longer needed), you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
